Membership of Oast Quilters is limited to 300 members, due to fire regulations, etc.
Visitors are welcome at any Oast meeting.
How to Join
If you are part of a local quilt group affiliated to Oast, your group will have a representative who can arrange your membership. If you are not part of an affiliated group you may join Oast as an independent member at any of the Oast meetings. If a place is not available a waiting list will be in force.
Cost
Our annual subscription is currently £15 per year, which covers five afternoon (2-5) meetings and one all day (10-5) meeting. Visitors pay £2 for an afternoon meeting and £6 if they attend the all day meeting in September.
Renewal
If membership is through a group, the representative will collect subscriptions prior to the October committee meeting. Independent members must renew their membership by 31st October.
All members have until the end of October to renew their membership, either in person or by post. If renewal has not been completed by that date, it is assumed that membership is no longer required and the place may be offered to someone on the waiting list.
